  • All payments must be made through PayPal’s secure platform.
  • You are responsible for any fees imposed by PayPal (e.g., currency conversion fees, cross-border fees).
  • ​Surcharges Prohibited: We do not impose additional fees for using PayPal. Prices displayed are final and inclusive of applicable taxes

​2. Order Confirmation & Processing

2.1 Order Validity
Orders are confirmed ​only after PayPal payment is received and a confirmation email is sent. Prices are quoted in USD and valid for ​30 days

2.2 International Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for ​customs duties, taxes, or import fees in your country. These charges are not included in the product price
  • Ensure your PayPal account is authorized for international transactions and linked to a valid funding source.

3.1 Customer Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing to ​[email protected].
  • Refunds follow PayPal’s Buyer Protection guidelines:
    • ​Pre-shipment: Full refund (excluding PayPal processing fees).
    • ​Post-shipment: Refunds only for damaged/incorrect items, subject to evidence (e.g., photos submitted within 3 days of delivery).

3.2 Company Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to inventory shortages or force majeure. A full refund or alternative product will be offered

​4. Shipping & Liability

4.1 Delivery Terms

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on destination and order size.
  • Delivery times range from ​7–14 business days. Delays caused by customs or logistics are not our responsibility.

4.2 Product Warranty

  • We guarantee plants are healthy upon shipment. Claims for damage must include photographic proof within ​3 days of delivery.
  • ​No Liability for Indirect Damages: We are not responsible for plant death due to improper care, environmental factors, or delays beyond our control.

​5. Dispute Resolution

  • Disputes must first be escalated to PayPal’s Resolution Center. PayPal’s decision is final unless new evidence is provided
  • Unresolved disputes may be subject to arbitration under California law.

  • ​Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of California, USA.
  • ​Intellectual Property: All website content (text, images, logos) is owned by The Lil’ Garden Bed. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
